We build recordation infrastructure.
When two systems measure the same activity, the numbers drift apart. We build the layer that closes the gap. For both sides.
PacSpace began as Pacmodo, a hardware company. Reconciling supply-chain data with counterparties, we kept hitting the same wall: every record we needed to verify was held by the party we were verifying.
There is a name for what we were missing. Verification requires evidence the verifier did not produce, cannot modify, and does not need permission to access. Nothing in any usage-based stack satisfied it. The infrastructure we built to satisfy it became the product.
Pacmodo → PacSpace
Pivoted from hardware to recordation infrastructure. Same structural problem, broader application.

Every transaction requires agreement on what happened. Today that agreement is negotiated: manual, expensive, and trust-dependent.
We believe recordation becomes infrastructure. Neutral, invisible, automatic. The vendor still claims. The vendor no longer revises. Either side can check the math without trusting the other. PacSpace is the notary in the self-attested loop.
Usage-based billing is where we start. The vision is larger: recordation as the foundation for every exchange between autonomous systems.
